Familiarisation offer
Travel trade professionals are invited to take advantage ot our special agent offer designed to familiarise with our destinations and centres:
- Course either in St. Petersburg or Moscow
- 2 week group course, 20 lessons per week
- All starting dates in October, November, December, January and February
- Accommodation: host-family - single room, half-board
- Teaching material and course certificate included
- Arrival transfer included
- Only for appointed agents (front office and/or senior staff members/owners; not for resale)
Package price: EUR 195, all mentioned services included except visa, airfare, insurance. Places are limited.

Agent policy
Commission
All invoiced items are fully commissionable. Agents, which include our school into their own paper brochure (one full page), automatically qualify for a higher commission.
Liden & Denz pays the normal commission rate on all course extensions, such as additional lessons or additional course weeks. The agent will receive a credit note which can be used towards payments of further bookings.
Brochures
No school brochures are on display or are distributed at the school. None of our brochures and other promotional material mention the school addresses or contact details.
Direct Marketing
Liden & Denz will not make direct promotional approaches to the agent's clients.
Enrolment and Visa Registration fees
Our enrolment fee (EUR 60) is partly waived for agents. We only collect a visa registration fee (EUR 25 per person; non-commissionable) which covers visa registration costs.
Cancellation fees
Course cancellation fees are waived for agents. However, the school reserves the right to charge the agency a cancellation fee of up to €100, if the visa support letter is already in process at the time of cancellation. If accommodation is organised in a private apartment we charge a cancellation fee of up to EUR 500 (depending on the period of stay and the apartment price).
Special discounts
In order to avoid possible undercutting of the agent's local prices, Liden & Denz does not offer fee discounts on normal direct enrolments by students. In the case of special promotional offers, low-season discounts, last-minute offers etc., any such special terms offered to direct clients are made equally available to the agent, and the agent's normal commission rates will be applied.
