First of all, the lessons were pretty good. We were always a small amount of people in the class, and the teachers were very attentive to our cases.

"I have been studying Russian at L&D since January 2008. I had variety
of schools to choose from but after an internet research and positive
feedback in a newspaper I decided to enrol at L&D for a 3 months
course. I was a complete beginner so a longer time period was necessary
to start with.
At first, the school surprised me with modern facilities like a bar
and a friendly atmosphere.
The groups in the class are small and therefore efficient learning is
possible. I am very satisfied with the tutor, he is not only an
excellent teacher who knows how to conduct lessons interestingly, but
also knows a lot about Russian cultur and history which adds this extra
value to it. The teaching pace is surprisingly fast, therefore regular
repetition at home of about 2 hours every day is required. At the end,
this is very satisfying because you can really feel your Russian
improving week by week.
Not to forget, the people at L&D are extremely friendly and helpful to
sort out any difficulties. I think I am going to miss them and the
whole atmosphere after my leaving.
I can recommend L&D without any concerns to anybody who wants to start
studying Russian form the scratch or just needs a short freshing-up."
